Product Features:
1. High nitrogen content (about 30%) can play an obvious flame retardant effect in rubber, plastic, especially in nylon by adding an appropriate amount.
2. Good thermal stability, long-term heating below 300 ℃, the period heat loss is very low.
3. It has a layered structure similar to graphite and good lubricating properties. It can be used under high temperature, high pressure, high load and impact load conditions to obtain electrical and mechanical properties with excellent cost-effectiveness.
4. It has stable lubricating characteristics under the conditions of high temperature, high speed, low temperature, low speed or sharp temperature difference.
Product Usage:
MCA is a multifunctional additive with both flame retardant and lubricating properties. It can be widely used as a halogen-free flame retardant in rubber, nylon, epoxy resin, acrylic emulsion, PTFE resin and plastic products. It is used as a solid lubricant additive in oil and grease, as a flame retardant and matting aid in fire-retardant coatings, and as a lubricant in cosmetics.
MCA is especially suitable for unfilled polyamide 6 and 66, and its flame retardant products are used, the flame retardant performance can reach UL94V-0 level (960 ℃, 1.6mm). In addition, the residual film of MCA can be used as an anti-rust lubricating film, a film agent for steel wire drawing and stamping, and a lubricating film for ordinary mechanical transmission parts.
